In collaboration with the production team, we used the Agile process to get the project started. Every 2 weeks we sprint plan a roadmap, then have daily standup meetings to talk about our progress.

I created a comprehensive red-line spec document that contained asset coordinates, button states, color indexes, final deliverables, and layout placements.
The Agile methodology kept the project moving forward, making it possible to finish in time.
The redesign was easily created by the developers with the help of the highly detailed design spec.

Highlight: After this project, management entrusted me to redesign the mobile version of the GSN Casino app, as well as the company's #1 monetizing game Bingo Bash.
